As owner and founder of Wholistic Fitness & Health, Starlene Harris has devoted her energy to improving the health and wellbeing of others. Starlene is both knowledgeable and passionate about yoga, healthy living, optimizing exercise, and healing the body. Her years of dedication as student,  teacher, and practitioner, have led her to guiding others towards finding and fostering their own sense of health, happiness, and prosperity, through the powers of introspection & self-discovery. FAQ's

You don’t need to be athletic or flexible to start practicing yoga. The more you practice, the better you will become and you will see improvement with every new session. We offer classes for all experience levels including beginners.

We recommend bringing a Water Bottle, Towel, and Yoga Mat to each class. Make sure that you wear clothing that is both comfortable and supportive, but can stretch or flow with your body's movements.

Scent- Free Environment:

Please refrain from wearing scents in consideration of others sensitivities or allergies to fragrances. Please be aware that Peppermint essential oil is used on site daily and clove, lemon, tea tree, and oregano essential oils are used in the cleaning supplies.

No personal belongings in the studios:

Please leave your shoes at the front entrance, as well as your jackets, bags, keys, and cell phones.

Silence In Class:

Always be mindful of your volume, both inside and outside of the studio. This is out of respect for the instructors and your fellow students.

No – While we recommend online registration, is not required and walk-ins will always be welcome based on available space. You can also call the studio in advance to see if there is space for an upcoming class.

We typically offer 60 minute sessions, but special classes and workshops may run longer. Start and End times for each class are detailed when booking online.

While Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to attend sessions, we will at times offer "kids yoga workshops". Children between 14-17 can attend with accompaniment of a parent or express permission from the Instructor. If you have a specific concern, please do not hesitate to call.
