Beginners Yoga Class

Hatha yoga class designed for those trying yoga for the first time or for those wanting to bring their practice back to the basics. Class includes Pranayama (breath work), Asana (postures), Savasana (final resting pose) and Meditation. Hatha Vinyasa

Hatha Yoga including a flow within the practice. Linking breath and movement to build up internal heat and provide a meditative experience.
Yoga Class

Hatha Yoga

Breath lead yoga practice including Pranayama (breath work), Asana (yoga posture), and Savasana (relaxation pose).

Yin Yoga

A slow paced style of yoga beneficial to all levels and body types. Using yoga props as needed to support the Asana (posture) sustaining a comfortable stretch for up to 5 minutes to release connective tissues, fascia and decompress joints.
Yoga Class

Yoga Nidra

A meditative like practice also known as yogic sleep or sleep yoga. Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.

Athletes Yoga

Breath lead Hatha Yoga class designed for those wanting to correct imbalances within the body or learn more about anatomy. The class is focused on one muscle or muscle group with the first half of the class strengthening and second half lengthening.
